The name "HELMETMAN", its logo, and all brand-related content (including text, graphics, and images) are the intellectual property of Raghavendra Kumar and Helmet Man of India. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

All donations given to Helmet Man of India are used for our safety initiatives, including helmet distribution and Helmet Banks. By donating, you agree to:

• Provide accurate current information regarding your donation.
• Understand that all donations are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise by Indian law.
• Refunds, if applicable for technical errors, will be processed according to our internal policies and bank timelines.

Involved Services

Helmet Banks are operated on an "at-your-own-risk" basis. While we provide ISI-certified helmets, we are not responsible for injuries or accidents involving borrowed helmets. Proper helmet use and road safety remain the rider's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Helmet Man of India shall not be liable for any damages that arise from your use of this website or participation in any of our programmes. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of information on external sites we may link to.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
